Mandate

To function as a “Think Tank” to the Diocese of Colombo in providing scholarly research and strategic analysis.  

Aims and objective:

To assist the Diocese in,

A) Conceptualizing, planning and designing of research studies in achieving the aims and objectives envisaged in the mission of the church.

B) Implement research and in depth studies of the above by providing the required training and capacity building of selected groups.
