History
The years between 1870 and 1880 were a time of great church extension in the planting districts.
Christ Church, Dickoya was originally consecrated on the 3 May 1889.
It was rebuilt by the Dickoya Tamil Pastorate and dedicated on Maundy Thursday, 14 April 1949.
