2022 දෙසැම්බර් මස 17 වන දින රත්නපුර ශාන්ත ලූක් දේවස්ථානයේදී සබරගමුව ප්‍රාදේශීය තරුණ තරුණියන් ඔවුන්ගේ නත්තල් කැරොල් ගී මෙහෙය පවත්වන ලදී.

මෙම උත්සවය සාර්ථක කර ගැනීම සඳහා සබරගමු ප්‍රාදේශයේ දේවස්ථානවලින් බොහෝ තරුණ තරුණියන් සහභාගී විය.

A Confirmation service was held at the Christ Church Kotte on 11th December 2022.

100th Anniversary of the church and the 200th Anniversary of the Cotta Mission also celebrated during the service.

The Collation and installation of the New Archdeacon of Galle the Ven. Sunil Shantha Gunathillleke and Archdeacon of Nuwara Eliya the Ven. Christopher Balraj was held at the Cathedral of Christ the Living Saviour, Colombo on the 7th of December 2022 at 8.15am. Whilst the Bishop of Colombo the Rt. Revd. Dushantha Rodrigo presided at the service the preacher was the Rt. Revd. Duleep de Chickera.

The Revd Christopher Balarj and the Revd Sunil Shantha took oaths as the 7th Archdeacons of Nuwara Eliya and Galle respectively.
